It has come to our attention that a user registered but never got the option to post on our forums. This may be because of a spam-filter we are running. The filter checks emails from a huge database of known ips/emails and then sends us a notification that the user is trying to register. Pretty much all of the time these get rejected it's because they really are spambots. Without this filter we would quickly get overrun by bots posting spam in all our forums.

There is however a small chance that you get filtered wrongfully. So, if you have registered here but can't login; please send us an email. You can do that by emailing forum@thecontrarianinvestor.com . You can either re-register where we will approve your registration, or we can set up the account for you. It may take up to 48 hours from you register until an approval, so please give it some time before contacting us.

If you're able to login to the forum, but can't post, this is because the email registered to your account isn't validated. When you register we automatically send a mail to the registered email address asking you to click a link for validation. If you can't find this in your inbox please check your spam/filtered folder. If you still can't find this email please contact us either by the "Contact Us" in the lower right corner of the forum or send an email to the already mentioned address.
